Silver skates II International competitions, announcing information

«Silver skates» – tradition starting in childhood

The name of the competitions for youths was taken from the child book written in 1865 by Mary Mapes Dodge «Hans Brinker, or the silver skates», telling about the wondrous Netherlands, where people live below the sea level, grow tulips and skate on ice.

The book still remains very contemporary since children love skating and love to compete with each other like in good old days.
